 Srinagar, October 13 (KNS): The Global Annual Alumni Meet – SANGAM 2025 (Students Alumni Networking for Growth, Aspiration, and Monitoring) held at NIT Srinagar emerged as a vibrant celebration of connection, collaboration, and commitment. Under the visionary leadership of Prof. (Dr.) M. A. Shah, Dean (Alumni & International Affairs), the two-day event brought together alumni from across India and abroad, symbolising a powerful reunion of intellect, innovation, and inspiration.


SANGAM 2025 was not merely an alumni gathering it was an emotional renewal of bonds that define the NIT Srinagar fraternity. The event nurtured the professional and emotional dimensions of the institution’s global alumni community, while also underscoring its dedication to sustainability, innovation, and inclusive growth.

A highlight of the event was the felicitation of Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Wangnoo, Chairman of Nigeen Lake Conservation Organisation (NLCO), who was conferred with the prestigious Green Ambassador of Kashmir 2025 Award by Prof. Ravinder Nath, Vice-Chancellor, Central University of Kashmir.
