Srinagar, Aug 10(KNS): Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC) President Sajad Gani Lone along with a delegation of PC leaders met Senior Advocate Rajeev Dhavan, who is serving as the legal counsel for JKPC in Article 370 case. The delegation included PC General Secretary and former Law Secretary Mohammad Ashraf Mir, former legislator and senior leader Adv Bashir Ahmed Dar, and Spokesperson Adnan Mir.

During the meeting, the leaders engaged in detailed discussions on the their legal challenge against the abrogation of Article 370

“The purpose of this gathering was to confer with Senior Advocate Rajeev Dhavan, who is serving as the legal counsel for PC's petition challenging the abrogation of Article 370. Mr. Dhavan will most likely be arguing in the Supreme Court tomorrow”

PC President Sajad Lone also tweeted after the meeting.

“Called on Rajeev Dhavan sahib. Conferred with him along with my colleagues.
Dhavan sahib will argue on behalf of JKpC tomorrow in the ongoing case pertaining to Article 370. Wishing him and his team the best”, he said.(KNS).
