“We appreciated the role of administration and police, especially SDPO Charar Sharief , SHO Chadoora for taking illegal miners to task after Hon'ble NGTs intervention. We urged upon the newly appointed DC Budgam Dr Bilal Mohiudeen to make sure mining laws were strictly adhered and proper screening be done before issuing any disposal permits in future as NGT has taken a serious notice of this issue in Sukhnag case hearing recently.
