Srinagar, Nov 13 (KNS): Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Friday said that flood hit people of the state will get Rs 2000 crores from P 80,000 crore package which the Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced in his Srinagar rally last week.
“Rs 2000 crores will be utilized for the relief and rehabilitation of victims of 2014 floods from the PM’s package,” Mufti told reporters in Jammu.
According top KNS correspondent form Jammu, the chief minister while project-wise details of the package said Rs 1200 crore will be spent on reconstruction of houses damaged in the September 2014 floods, while Rs 800 crore will be utilised for reviving the flood impacted trade.
Mufti said about 25 projects will be completed during a period of five years under the package which the state finance minister had earlier termed as TAMIER.

AIIMS Rs 4000 crore (one each for Jammu and Srinagar with an investment of Rs 2000 crore each)
