Srinagar, May 03 (KNS) : Principal secretary higher education and information Rohit Kansal extended greetings on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In his message issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Kansal hoped that the auspicious occasion would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and brotherhood and be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the UT.
