Srinagar, May 09 (KNS): Director School Education Kashmir Tasaduk Hussain on Tuesday said that results of Class 10 and 12 boards examinations will likely be declared by the end of this month.
Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function in Srinagar, Director Education said that the examinations in hard zones will conclude by May 10 or 12 and the evaluation of papers of soft zones has already been completed.
“We ready and we will be waiting for evaluation of papers of hard zones. We hope results of class 10 and 12 board exams will be declared this month only,” he said.
Replying to a query, he said there were some hiccups while shifting from one academic calendar to another.
“When you shift to one academic calendar to another there are some initial hiccups and we handled those successfully. We also conducted the exams successfully,” he said. (KNS)
