Srinagar Jan 20 (KNS): people’s democratic Front (PDF) Chairman Hakim Mohammad Yaseen, on Monday said the Restoration of State hood, Safe-guarding Domicile Rights, Employment Rights is the first priority of his party.

 

Recalling the political history of Jammu and Kashmir, Hakim Yaseen, said that since 1953, various leaders have steered Kashmir issue to the extent of making historical blunders. These blunders ultimately deteriorated the fabric of article 370 and 35-A.

 

In a statement to KNS he said no single political party was responsible for this rather it was the gradual, deliberate efforts of all parties from time to time. Once a separate geographical entity, Jammu and Kashmir today begs for restoration of statehood. He impressed that all political parties develop a consensus on this issue and demand statehood with dignity and honor, Protection of Land, Employment and other Domicile Rights of the people of J&K.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

 

He also said that it is about time that the promise of progress and development, which has been long assured by the Indian Government, needs to be actualized. The central Govt, must rise above the political affiliations to win confidence of the people of J&K.

 

Hakim impressed upon the Govt, to release all the political detainees unconditionally for a fair atmosphere to be operational.

 

Chairman PDF said that his party would endeavor tirelessly for restoration of lasting peace, development and progress on all fronts of the region. The people of the turmoil ravaged region eagerly yearning peace and justice and deserve to be tended with compassion and sincerity  (KNS).
