Returning of Bollywood in J&K good omen for UT, it's people

Bandipora, Apr 27 (KNS): Lieutenant Governor J&K Manoj Sinha Thursday said the process of constructing residential flats to PM Package employees have vigorously taken up and it is being hoped that all residential flats to concerned employees will be successfully handed over till 2024.


"The process of construction of residential flats for Migrant employees have been taken up with full commitment. On Wednesday 576 flats were inaugurated in Baramulla. I was planned to visit Bandipora also for the same purpose but erratic weather didn't permit me. Today I am here where 12 towers have already been built, and more be completed soon," the Lieutenant Governor Sinha as per KNS told reporters in north Kashmir's Bandipora.

He said Government of India is committed to protect the lives of Migrant employees and to provide the secured atmosphere."The GoI will soon fulfill its promises made with employees recruited under PM Package," the LG Sinha said.

"I'm hopeful that all flats  will be handed over to every employee recruited under PM Package by 2024," he added.

About returning of bollywood in J&K,  the LG Sinha said in 2022 over 300 movies were filmed in Jammu and Kashmir which is a good omen for the future of J&K and it's people. "80's era is returning back to J&K. Famous bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan is in Kashmir Valley. I hope this development will create employment opportunities and create livelihood means to people of J&K," he said. (KNS)
