Gandhi Nagar, a posh locality takes lead. Amazingly, all is happening under the very nose of the JMC. “Most of the residences in Gandhi Nagar have been turned into the commercial hub which not only cause traffic snarls but also violate master plan,” said locals.

Owner of the Sony Service Centre, while expressing full disregard to rules and law, said that everything is possible in the state like Jammu and Kashmir.
