Srinagar, Oct 07 (KNS): The chairman of Kashmir society international Khuwaja Farooq Renzushah today called on the Governor of J&K State N.N.Vohara at Raj Bhawan.
Governor appreciated role of Kashmir society in playing most balanced & pro humanity role based on strong ideology of religious & regional unity. He said in present situation when forces of hate try their best to create chaos & confusion it is only rational ideology based on universal love which can play key role in molding thoughts of society towards peace progress & prosperity.
Renzushah brought in the notice of Governor that during present crisis economy of each individual Kashmiri has received bigger jolts than hundreds of floods & earthquakes, therefore Governor should play his role in ensuring that all Kashmiri who have suffered are fully compensated .He said now entire 80 thousand core earmarked by centre for development projects should be diverted to repair huge per capita economic damages caused due to current crisis.
Only Hydro projects particularly Tulbul are at present real assets of our valley & sabotage caused to delay Tulbul because of casual approach of policy makers to destroy its original reservoir capacity reducing its dimension from 254 sq kilometers to only 74 sq kilometers is alarming therefore to protect our Hydro assets revival of Tulbul navigational lock is must.

He said that because of turmoil this summer Govt DARBAR in Srinagar remained non functional as it functioned mostly from Jammu .This is real time to reverse seasonal shift of DARBAR so that it is available to Kashmir in winter when they need it & in summer to Jammu when people want them to be available. The concept of luxury to abandon Kashmir in winter is required to be abandoned. Renzushah also brought in notice of Governor the harassment reports on Kashmiri students & Traders in rest of the country and requested him to provide them safe atmosphere. He also said that the beneficiaries of Pandit property purchase after their 1990 exodus are microscopic influential people & if such transactions are declared null & void & restored back to original owners so that it dispels the apprehension of dividing Muslims & our Pandit brotheren in different colonies on communal basis.
Majority of Kashmir stand for communal brotherhood & revival of our old glory.
Governor also lauded 40 Lion Scouts of J&K scouts & Guides who received excellence in Martial art & sports skills. The role of Renzushah as commissioner J&K scouts to imbibe sprit of love & excellence among J&K scouts has always remained appreciating. (KNS)
