In a jam packed Pratap Park at the centre of Lal Chowk chairman of Kashmir Society Farooq Renzushah along with prominent social activist Khalid Tufial chairman of Watan Parast Party, Mohammad Saleem Reshi social activist, Parveen Akhter prominent personality of Amira Kadal, youth activist Ayaz Reshi, Rameez Masood, Shahnawaz Akhter and others demanded immediate solution of implementing the cabinet order issued by previous regimes after utilizing their precious services and on the last day, government deliberately befooled these youngsters by giving them a copy of Cabinet Order. Khwaja farooq Renzushah said it was a persistent demand of Kashmir Society and J&K Scouts and Guides Association when effective campaign was launched to ban polythene in J&K state, these youth played pivotal role in the protection of environment. He assured president of National Youth Corps Asif and thousands other activists who have gone for indefinite fast that they should never ever take law in their own hands, nor resort to any kind of violence. He advised them they should strictly adopt democratic methods in pursuing their genuine demands.
Renzushah as well as Khalid Tufail and other civil society activists expressed their surprise that such noble, energetic, young and well educated volunteers of our state which are the real precious human material has been completely destroyed by previous regimes as they never released their salaries for three years and gave them only assurances and on the last day in their office they handed over them a piece of Cabinet Order paper about their regularization which has not yet been implemented.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThis order is replica of the same flood package which was estimated at 44 thousand crores and was over publicized by previous regime to garner the votes but not a single penny has been approved.
All the speakers and members of civil society appealed district administration to allow the peaceful agitation by these youngsters to continue their protest because these youngsters have played a vital role in all voluntary activities including Dal Bachao, Save Earth, removal of Russian Poplar trees in Kashmir and stopping spread of wine, drugs among the youth of Kashmir and supporting to keep J&K wine and drug free.
