Red Fort blast case: NIA carries out searches across six J-K districts

 New Delhi, Mar 23 (KNS): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday carried out extensive searches at multiple locations in Jammu and Kashmir as part of its ongoing probe into the Delhi Red Fort area bomb blast case, officials said.

 
The anti-terror agency conducted searches at nine locations across Srinagar, Baramulla, Jammu, Kulgam, Ganderbal and Handwara districts in connection with case RC-21/2025/NIA/DLI. During the searches, several digital devices were seized and sent for forensic examination, they said.
 
A total of 11 accused have so far been arrested for their role in the deadly blast that rocked the national capital on November 10, 2025, claiming several lives and leaving many others injured.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe key accused, Umer Un Nabi, was also killed in the explosion.
 
Investigations have revealed that Nabi had masterminded the blast conspiracy in coordination with the arrested co-accused and others, the NIA said.
 
The agency continues its efforts to unravel the larger conspiracy behind the terror attack and identify others involved in the plot to spread mayhem and destabilise the country, officials added. (KNS)
