Srinagar, Dec 25(KNS): The recently promoted in-charge lecturers on Wednesday said the department is not adjusting their posting permanently despite passing more than five months.
A Delegation from recently promoted Teachers/Masters told KNS that they were promoted on July this year but have not given the permanent adjustment yet and the result they are facing the enamours problems.
They said it was decided by government that on the posts of masters the head teachers who are working as teachers in the erstwhile scheme of SSA would be adjusted on the vacant posts of the in-charge lectures.
They said they are suffering badly to withdraw their salaries regularly as they are withdrawing their salaries from various places which are difficult from them especially for the women teachers / masters.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The delay policy of the department regarding the adjustment if newly promoted lecturers has put the in-charge lecturers, head teachers to suffer they alleges
They said they have visited the office of Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) several times to get their adjustment but unfortunately no step has been taken up yet for the of those lecturers they added.
They have appealed the DSEK to make their adjustment as soon as possible so they will not suffer more in future. (KNS)
