Srinagar, Sep 21 (KNS): Red Cross Society of Kashmir on Wednesday said that keeping in view the current situation in Kashmir valley during which the several persons were injured and are in need of blood, they have decided to organize a blood donation camp to provide help to those who were maimed by the forces in the Valley.
In a statement issued to KNS, Secretary of Red Cross Society of Kashmir, Dr Nusrat Andrabi said that at the time when the hundreds of people who were maimed by the forces are admitted in the Valley hospital, the hospitals san blood. “Keeping in view of this kind of situation, the Red Cross Society of Kashmir has decided to organize a blood donation camp in this regard to provide help to the injured persons,” Dr Nusrat said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Dr Nusrat further appealed people especially volunteers of red Cross Society of Kashmir to take part in the blood donation camp and donate their blood so that the precious lives of injured persons can be saved.
The camp will be organized on Saturday from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm in Red Cross premises at Exchange road Srinagar. (KNS)
