Kupwara Dec 23 (KNS) : Rights Activist Rasikh Rasool Bhat who is also the member of District Development Coordination and monitoring committee (DISHA) Kupwara has expressed his resentment over non availability of cellular connectivity at Yamlar-Bala Rajwar area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara District.
It is very unfortunate that children of Yamlar-Bala Rajwar having no access to internet in the digital arena of India as there is no cellular connectivity, resulting great loss to students as they are being denied the Right of ICT enabled education, Rasikh Said.
Rasikh Rasool has appealed the Union ministry of Communication to look into issue and take speedy measures for providing the cellular connectivity to Yamlar -Bala Rajwar people.(KNS)
