Handwara, Jan 08 (KNS): Awami Ittihaad Party (AIP) president and MLA Langate Er Rasheed Friday led funeral procession of Irshad Ahmad Lone, a 12 year kid who was stabbed to death in Phagwada Punjab yesterday.
Amid heavy slogans thousands of people attended the funeral and demanded arrest of the culprits without further delay.
Speaking to the procession Er Rasheed said, “Let so called champions of peace and so called communal harmony explain if a non-Kashmiri would have lost his life in Kashmir would the response have been similar as to the killing of 12 year old Irshad.

From Kashmir to Kanya Kamari blood of Kashmiris is being treated much more thinner than the water and every unfortunate killing is being given justification by one way or the other.
The so called national media which always is in search to find the smaller incidents those could prove Kashmiris intolerant and communal, as usual has turned blind eye to the brutal murder of Irshad.”
Er Rasheed appealed the authorities to show some sense of humanity and authority and trace out the killers without further delay.
