Jammu, Apr 05 (KNS): ‘I respect the law of the land and the constitution otherwise lakhs of heads would have been cut for opposing the chanting of Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. This assertion of Yoga Guru Ramdev is the latest in the series of statements issued by the Sangh Parivar bosses and their various supporters in an effort to rouse communal passions in the garb of nationalism. Earlier a number of well-known RSS-BJP personalities have voiced the same feeling in different words. This explains the well thought out plan to use pseudo-nationalism for dividing people in order to achieve political leverage.

Senior leader of CPI(M) and MLA, M. Y. Tarigami called upon the secular forces to unitedly resist this onslaught of poisonous propaganda. There is no room for complacency. The only way to isolate these divisive forces is to educate the people about the nefarious designs of the Sangh Parivar and ensure that people of all regions and faiths remain united and thereby protect the age-old traditions of tolerance and communal harmony of our people.
