Srinagar, June 06 (KNS): Terming the statement of home minister of India Rajnath Singh that “the Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir is already decided and the people of Kashmir have chosen India as its future” as Himalayan lie and against the historical reality, Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani said that every Indian minister should update their information that the Jammu & Kashmir is not any legal part of India but it is an internationally recognized disputed territory which has been forcibly occupied by India and this long pending international dispute is waiting for its final and lasting solution.
Syed Ali Geelani also termed the statement of Mehbooba Mufti as her deception in which she had suggested the Kashmiri youths “to denounce violence which has only brought miseries to the people of state”.
He said that the Kashmiris are peace loving people and they have every time denounced the violence but it is India and its cruel forces who had forcibly occupied the state of Jammu & Kashmir in 1947 and who are using every kind of violent ways to suppress the peaceful voices of its people. Mehbooba Ji should know that it is actually the forced military occupation of India and the furious and cruel Indian armed forces who have brought the miseries and destruction to the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
Hurriyat (G) Chairman said that the PDP president Mehbooba Mufti should give this nice piece of advice to the Indian armed forces who have and are committing grave crimes against the humanity in Jammu & Kashmir and who are involved in worst kinds of war crimes like mass murders, gang rapes.
In a statement issued to KNS, Syed Ali Geelani said that the statement of the Indian home minister Rajnath Singh reflects his arrogance of power otherwise the truth is that the entire Jammu & Kashmir including Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and the Gilgit Baltistan is a disputed territory which is waiting for its final solution to which India is the only and main hurdle.
He said that forced occupation is in no way a legal possession. The people of Jammu & Kashmir have stood against the Indian forced military occupation right from the day one of this illegal control and they have never surrendered before the oppression and the atrocities of its forces.
While advising Rajnath to study history thoroughly, Syed Ali Geelani said that India should face this reality that it is an occupant nation and that is way they have to call all its armed forces to Jammu & Kashmir so that the forced occupation will remain intact and no one could speak against this occupation.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
\While criticizing Mehboba Mufti for following double standards in condemning and mourning the deaths, Syed Ali Geelani said that the PDP chief takes no time in condemning the killing of Indian forces personals but when the same forces kill the innocent Kashmiri children, she prefers to remain silent to appease her masters back in New Delhi.
Hurriyat (G) Chairman however said that the killing of anybody is painful for us and no human heart likes killings. He said that the Kashmiris are the peace loving nation and they does not like violence but it is the India which is responsible for the bloodsheds and massacres in Jammu & Kashmir. The worst for of violence is when it is done by the state which the Kashmiris are facing since 1947 at the hands of India.
He said that our youths stood against this state terrorism and are sacrificing their precious lives against this oppression. While terming the slogans like “Change”, “Peace”, “Ideas” of Mehbooba Mufti as the biggest frauds of the 21st century, the pro-freedom leader said that these slogans were raised only to gain the power.
He said that for Mehbooba Ji the word “Peace” means the graveyard silence ‘that is to kill every such voice which is raised against you, the peace comes automatically’. That is way the Mehbooba Mufti government had launched a massive crackdown against the pro-freedom people and has detained hundreds of Hurriyat leaders and activists in different jails and homes.
Syed Ali Geelani demanded immediate release of all the political prisoners including the pro-freedom leaders Mirwaiz Moulvi Umar Farooq, Mohammad Yasin Malik, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai, Shabir Ahmad Shah, Masarat Alam Bhat, Ghulam Nabi Sumji, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Ayaz Akbar, Altaf Ahmad Shah, Raja Mehraj-ud-din, Mohammad Shafi Lone, Mohammad Yousuf Lone, Ameer Hamzah Shah, Hafiz Bashir Ahmad Farooqi, Mir Hafizullah, Showkat Bakshi, Mohammad Ashraf Laya, Mufti Abdul Ahad, Master Ali Mohammad Bandipora, Ashiq Hussain, Mohammad Amin Parray, Abdul Hamid Parray and dozens of other activists.
Syed Ali Geelani warned the RSS backed PDP government that they should not take the silence of the Kashmiri nation for-granted and don’t reckon it as their success.
He said that the people of Kashmir will never allow the implementation of wicked designs of RSS and Sangh Parivar in Jammu & Kashmir and they will resist such moves with tooth and nail. (KNS)
