Expresses distress over grievous pellet injuries

Srinagar, July 27 (KNS): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi accompanied by JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir visited injured in AIIMS (New Delhi) today, the youngsters with grievous injuries namely Insha (Sedho Shopian), Asif (Khanabl Anantag),Junaid (Qazigund), Firdous (Sopore) and Zahid (Sopore) are undergoing treatment in AIIMS. Both (Rahul Gandhi & G.A. Mir) enquired about their condition.

Expressing distress over the grievous injuries caused due to pellets, Rahul Gandhi said that use of lethal weapons should be restrained. He termed current unrest in the valley as most unfortunate.
While extending all help to injured, he said, if required, Congress Party shall get the patients treated in any hospital of the Country, besides providing all help to them. (KNS)
