Srinagar August 01 (KNS): Qazi Habib Ullha Naqash former commissioner and secretary to power department on Tuesday breathed his last after a brief illness at at his Lal Mandi residence.
A relative talking here said that the Qazi Habib Ullaha Naqash father in Law of Commissioner Secretary floriculture Sheikh Fayaz breathed his last today morning at 4 am and his Nimaz-e-Jinazah will be offered 11:30 at his Lal Mandi residence.
Qazi Habib Ullaha Naqash has served the UT administration at various posts, he was commissioner, secretary to power department and also a member of PSC. (KNS)
