Srinagar, Mar 08 (KNS): Bangladesh Supreme Court upheld the death sentence to one of the top leaders of local Jama’at-e-Islami Professor Mir Qasim Ali for committing some so called offences against the humanity as far back as in 1971 Indo-Pak war.
This sentence was given to the said Professor in the last year by the notorious war crimes tribunal formed by the Awami League government headed by Sheikh Hasina to wipe out those who are opposite to her anti-Islamic and anti-state policies, the main among them being Jama’at-e-Islami Bangladesh.
Sheikh Hasina is committing all these atrocities at the behest of the anti-Islamic forces inside and outside Bangladesh and so far hundreds of leaders and workers of Jama’at have been murdered and more than ten thousand Jama’at associates have been incarcerated on the frivolous and baseless charges.
These decisions are being carried out by a mock judicial process headed by the chosen favorite and loyal officers named as so called International Tribunal against war crimes.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The supreme court bench which upheld all such decisions so far is headed by Chief Justice Surinder Kumar Sinha which is known biased judge having grudge against Islam and as such Jama’at-e-Islami.
All his decisions have failed to meet the demands of justice as accepted universally and as such these decisions tantamount miscarriage of justice.
Jama’at-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) vehemently denounces these decisions based on political vengeance and appeals international fraternity to interfere in these matters of grave injustice to save the innocent people from the wrath of the biased government of Bangladesh headed by Sheikh Hasina who carries venomous enmity against Islam and Islamists.
