Srinagar, Apr 13 (KNS): National Conference (NC) senior leader and MLC Qaiser Jamsheed Lone on Friday condemned the innocent civilian killings during search operation by security forces in South Kashmir.
In a statement issued to KNS, Lone said that civilian killings can never be justified and people involved in the killing be given strong punishment so that such incidents may not occur in future.
He said that innocent killings have shaken everybody and demanded an immediate independent judicial probe of the incident to punish the culprits.

He also prayed for the eternal peace to the departed souls and speedy recovery of those injured in the incident.
Lone also condemned the brutal murder, rape of minor Bakerwal girl in Kathua and described the incident as highly condemnable, shocking. He demanded stern action against the culprits involved in this heinous crime, urging that Govt must ensure safety and security of the people, as that, people were feeling insecure even in their homes in the backdrop of this gory incident.
