Pulwama Police Foil Drug Smuggling Bid, Recover 120 Grams of Heroin at Newa

Pulwama, Sept 15 (KNS) In a major success against the menace of drugs, Pulwama Police have recovered 120 grams of heroin from a vehicle at Newa Pulwama. The car, driven by a minor boy, belonged to Sheikh Tasaduq of Kathidarwaza Mumkhan, Rainawari Srinagar. His wife, Sheikh Maroofa, was apprehended during the operation.

A case under FIR No. 217/2025 U/S 8/22 NDPS Act has been registered, and further investigation has been set into motion.
