Srinagar, Aug 26 (KNS): Three security forces' personnel were killed in an ongoing attack by militants on District Police Line in Pulwama Saturday morning.
Police officials said that one police constable and two CRPF men were killed, while six others were injured in the ‘Fidayeen attack’ which took place on the Police Line when militants sneaked into its buildings in the wee hours of today morning.

“A police constable and two CRPF jawans succumbed to their injuries after they were fired upon in the attack by militants,” the SSP told KNS.
Asked about the number of militants inside the buildings, the district police chief said, “The exact number of militants can be confirmed only after the operation concluded.”
Meanwhile, Jesh-e-Mohammad Spokesman, in a tele-statement to KNS claimed responsibility for the attack. (KNS)
