Srinagar, Mar 10 (KNS): A complete shutdown is being observed in several areas of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday to mourn the death of Lashkar-e-Toiba militants who died in a brief gunfight on Wednesday.
According to KNS correspondent, all the shops and business establishments are closed in Tral, Awantipora, Kakapora and other adjacent areas while the traffic is mostly off the roads in the district.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Abu Okasa and another unidentified militant belonging to LeT died in a gunfight in a plant nursery in Wandakhpora village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday late evening.
The gunfight erupted in the village after forces launch search operation following the inputs received about the presence of militants there. (KNS)
