Srinagar, Oct 28 (KNS): Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (PSC) Latief-u-Zaman Deva has categorically clarified that the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission has not recommended anyone without qualifying combined services examination (KAS) as reported in a section of media.
