Srinagar, Sept 11 (KNS): National Conference MP Aga Ruhullah on Thursday said the Public Safety Act (PSA), originally framed to stop timber smuggling, has now been turned into a tool of misuse against people.
According to KNS, he reminded that the NC, in its manifesto, had promised to revoke the PSA once Jammu and Kashmir’s statehood is restored. He said that without the return of statehood, no meaningful legal change can be achieved.
