Srinagar, April 3 (KNS): A prostitution racket being run in a rented accommodation in Bagh-e-Mehtab area or Srinagar was busted on Monday, police said.
Srinagar police in a Tweet informed that two persons running the racket have been arrested.
It said 4 female sex workers, all locals of Srinagar, and two costumers have also been detained.
“A prostitution racket in a rented accommodation at Bagh-e-Mehtab busted. 2 persons running this arrested Irshad Ahmad Bhat of Pampore and Mohd Shafi Hajam of Karimabad Pulwama. Four female sex workers (all locals of Srinagar) & 2 customers detained. FIR registered at Chanpura PS,” police Tweeted. (KNS)
