Srinagar, July 12: (KNS)  A noted youth activist from Amirakadal Sheikh Ovase on Monday joined the National Conference along with his fifty supporters here at party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha.

Among others Party’s Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, YNC Provincial President (K) Salman Ali Sagar, Ahsan Pardesi, Provincial Women’s Wing President Er. Sabiya Qadri and Additional Spokesperson Ifra Jan were also present on the occasion.

Welcoming the new entrant into the party fold, the functionaries hoped that the party would benefit from his experience in public life.  On the occasion, the new entrants vowed to strengthen the party at grass root level.

Meanwhile a prominent Pahari leader and Former MLC Syed Rafiq Shah was nominated as Provincial Coordinator & Convener, Pahari Cell Kashmir Province by the party president Dr Farooq Abdullah.

Among others Party general secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, provincial secretary Adv Showkat Ahmed Mir, Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar have also passed on good wishes to Rafiq Sahab on being nominated as Party’s Pahari cell convenor Kashmir Province.(KNS)
