Baramulla, Sep 27 (KNS): Following the strike call by the Programme Managers working under National Health Mission (NHM), Deputy CMO Baramulla today said that she has not ridiculed them in the meeting which was held on Tuesday.
The Dy CMO told KNS that the officials concerned were seeking performance and accountability of the health workers during the meeting.
“The program managers had not performed as per the target of immunisation in the district. The data clearly shows that they have not uploaded the target by the field staff of family welfare,” the Dy CMO said, adding that after their allegations, the CMO asked them to come forward if they had any grievances.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“But none of them came forward with any complaint,” the Dy CMO said.
As per an official statement by the Programme Managers, Chief Medical Officer Baramulla had called a meeting on September 26 regarding ASHA functionalities at AMT School Baramulla where Deputy CMO Baramulla allegedly humiliated and ridiculed the program managers. (KNS)
