Srinagar, Mar 24 (KNS): Srinagar police on Thursday said that it have starter the process of attaching some immovable properties which have been used for the purpose of militancy.
On its official Twitter handle, Srinagar police said that the process has been initiated under section 2(g) and 25 of the Unlawful Activities and Prevention Act.
Police also warned of legal action supplemented by attachment of property against those giving shelter or harbouring militants and their associates.
“Process has started for attachment of some immovable properties which have been used for purpose of terrorism as per section 2(g) & 25 of ULP Act. Don't give shelter or harbour terrorists/ terror associates. Legal action will be supplemented by property attachments as per law,” Srinagar police Tweeted. (KNS)
