Private schools do not take admin’s orders seriously: Alleges Parents Association

Jammu, April 2 (KNS): President All Parents Association Amit Kapoor held a protest outside Maharaja Hari Singh Park along with the parents alleging that their wards are not getting admission in schools under the New Education Policy.

He said that what can be more unfortunate than this that the future of the children is at stake and that the private schools of Jammu and Kashmir have already looted parents in the name of books, uniforms and other fees.

He alleged that now after the implementation of the NEP, children are not able to get admission in schools. “The department is not ready to do anything and the Lt Governor's administration is not even concerned about the people of Jammu.  The status of the Lieutenant Governor's administration, which makes tall claims of writing a new chapter of development in Jammu and Kashmir, can be gauged from the fact that private schools do not take their orders seriously at all,” he said.

Kapoor said the government is talking about Amrit Kaal while the situation is that private schools and hospitals are engaged in looting people with both hands.

“The condition of the people has become thin and all the attention of the government is only towards telling lies.”

He urged the government to take action against the erring schools and the concerned officials. (KNS)
