Bandipora, Nov 20 (KNS): With the poor network service of Jio in the Sonawari area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, the cellular company has come under severe criticism with its subscribers.
The subscribers told KNS that there is poor network of Jio services in their area thereby leaving its users to suffer.
Ever the launching of Jio service in the Valley, there has been complaints of poor signal but the authorities of the cellular company failed to look into the hardships faced by the users.
Irfan Ahmad Parry, a local told KNS that in their area, the calls were frequently dropping due to the poor signals.

Area Manger of Jio, Tabeer Ahmad that it will take some more time to redress the genuine grievances of people. “We have already started the work in this regard and hopefully the grievances will be redressed in a very short span,” Ahmad said. (KNS)
