Srinagar, Aug 04 (KNS): With the poor internet services in Nowgam village of Langate area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, the Airtel cellular company has come under severe criticism with the users, alleging it to be a reason of immense hardships.
The users from the area while talking to KNS said that the poor internet connotation has resulted in immense hardships to the people especially the student community.
They said that the 4G and 3G are not working in the area at all. “The tower has been installed in Reshwari area but unfortunately, the services are still distant dream for the users of our village,” they added.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The users said that the officials are paying no heed over the sufferings of people. “We approached the concerned officials several times and urged them to redress our grievances but unfortunately nothing has been done in this regard,” they added.
They later urged the higher ups to look into the matter and redress their genuine grievances at earliest so that the users there could feel a sigh of relief. (KNS)
