Appeals LG Sinha, DC concern to resolve issue

Handwara, Sep 14:(KNS) The residents of Qalamabad and its adjoining areas on Tuesday expressed anger against the telecom operators of Jio and Airtel for not providing the better internet connectivity to consumers.

According the aggrieved residents they are facing problems in availing the fast speed internet especially in evening hours, causing inconvenience to students.

"There are many students aspiring to appear in competitive examinations but the poor connectivity of internet has turned their future desolated", the locals said.

They added despite the matter was repeatedly communicated to concern authorities but all in vain. 

The locals appealed Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and the concern Deputy Commissioner Imam ud Din to ensure hassle free services in the area. 

When contacted Airtel officials, they said they will send technical team in the area soon to address the problem. However the officials from Jio didn't respond to repeated calls made by this reporter.(KNS
