Srinagar, June 30 (KNS): Customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) here today complained against poor and erratic broadband service in the town.
Mir Raoof, a subscriber said: “We have been facing problem due to poor BSNL broadband service.
Most often the service does not run and when it runs the space is too slow.” Many subscribers said that they had many times raised the issue with the BSNL authorities but to no avail.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“We are paying hefty bills for this service yet the company but to no avail. “We are paying hefty bills for this service. Yet the company is not least concerned about providing us good service,” they said. (KNS)
