Srinagar, Apr 21 (KNS): BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh on Friday said that under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the J&K is writing the script of peace, prosperity and development however the neighboring country Pakistan is unable to swallow peace in J&K.

Chugh who is also party’s In-Charge for J&K was reacting to the killings of five army personnel who were killed in militant attack in Poonch district on Saturday. "Our brave forces personnel are determined to protect the integrity of the country. The killings of 5 army personnel in Poonch is a condemnable act. Pakistan in one pretext or other wishes to destabilize the peace of J&K. It has got frustrated from peaceful situation in J&K," Chugh said.

He said under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Jammu and Kashmir is scripting new history of peace. "Under PM Narendra Modi’s leadership J&K is witnessing progress, peace & development, which Pakistan is unable to swallow. Poonch attack is the result of Pakistan’s frustration. Sacrifices & these 5 soldiers will not go in vain," Chugh said.

He said the youth of Kashmir valley has left the stone pelting and have taken interest in developmental and other cultural activities. Besides the militancy and its number has reduced due to the efforts of PM Modi. "The perpetrators of Poonch attack will not be spared," Chugh added. (KNS)
