Shopian May 17 (KNS) : Police in Shopian have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substances from his possession.
A Police team from Police Post Reshnagri, at a checkpoint established at Pundhaan arrested a drug peddler identified as Aadil Ahmad Ahanger Son of Bashir Ahmad Ahanger resident of Muradpora Shopian. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 18/2025 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Heerpora and investigation has been initiated.
