Handwara: 21 January (KNS): A pipping ceremony of newly promoted sub-inspector was held at the DPO Handwara. The officer Muhsin Ahmad  was decorated with elevated rank by SP Handwara Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy-IPS  in presence of DySP DAR Handwara Shri Ab Raqeeb Malik-JKPS and SHO PS Handwara Inspector Parvaiz Ahmad. 

According to KNS Correspondent,  SP Handwara expressed his happiness and congratulated the promoted officer for his elevation to the rank of Inspector.
