Srinagar, Nov 07 (KNS): Chairman of the Kashmir committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) and leading hotelier, Mushtaq Chaya, said that they have refused to meet the centre’s representative despite getting invitation from the government.
Talking to KNS, Chaya said that they did not meet the representative because they belong to business community and have nothing to do with politics.
“We got invitation but we did not meet the interlocutor. We are running business and are apolitical bodies.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe job of meeting interlocutors is of politicians,” Chaya told KNS.
Earlier, Kashmir’s leading trade bodies, Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI), Federation Chamber of Industries Kashmir (FCIK), Houseboat Owners Association of Kashmir (HBOAK) and Kashmir Hotel and Restaurant Owners’ Federation (KHAROF) refused to meet Sharma on Monday despite invitation from the divisional administration.
