CM assured to address our grievances: Chaya

Srinagar, Nov 02 (KNS): PHD Chamber deputation headed by leading hotelier, Mushtaq Ahmad Chaya Thursday called on Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and discussed various issues pertaining to tourism and industrial sector.
Talking to KNS, Chaya said that the chamber apprised the CM about the issues being faced by them including GST on tourism and handicraft sector.
He said that they discussed the moratorium period on loans by the Bank and urged her to intervene for waiving of interests on loans for a last two years as the business and economy was severely hit.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“The CM assured us that she will address our grievances,” he said. 
Chaya said that they sought setting up of warehouse in the Valley, an action plan for weavers to strengthen handicraft sector and GST waiver on the industry besides developing horticulture, sericulture and MSME sectors in the State. 
They also demanded development of Tattoo Ground and opening of interior lanes in Bal Garden, Karan Nagar and Kak Sarai areas. (KNS)
