Srinagar, Sep 02 (KNS): Leader of Opposition and senior BJP leader Sunil Sharma on Wednesday came down heavily on the chief minister Omar Abdullah government, saying the large-scale public participation in a protest here was a clear indicator of the administration's "failure" to resolve people's grievances.
"Thousands of people have taken to the streets against the Omar Abdullah government. This is a reflection of its failure, where people are worried and their problems remain unresolved," Sharma told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS).
He alleged that the ruling dispensation had "snatched away" the rights of the youth and failed to deliver on its promises.

The government's failure is visible on the streets today, Sharma asserted.
Sunil Sharma's attack comes amid escalating political tensions in the Union Territory, with the opposition stepping up its offensive against the National Conference-led government over issues of unemployment, delay in restoration of statehood, and governance bottlenecks. (KNS)
