Srinagar, Jan 29 (KNS): Reacting over the civilian killings in Shopian, Kashmir and border areas in Jammu region, CPI (M) senior leader and MLA Kulgam, Muhammad Yousuf Tarigami on Monday said that the people residing in two regions including Jammu and Kashmir should share the pain of each other.
Tarigami while talking to reporters outside assembly said that forces have a role to ensure the safety of the country but controlling law and order situation is the role of Police.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“The Kashmir issue is not a law and order issue but a political issue, which forces can’t resolve,” he said.
He said that the civilian killings in Jammu border areas and in Kashmir areas are painful, which must be stopped forthwith. (KNS)
