Banihal, Apr 28 (KNS): Launching a scattering attack over the PDP BJP coalition government in the state for their total failure and terming the promises made by PDP-BJP government as “mere bluffs, Senior Congress leader and former minister Vikar Rasool Wani said that the poll promises of BJP and PDP have proved to be mere bluffs and people are fed up with the policies and sheer opportunism of two parties.
Both the parties took the extreme positions on most of the emotional issues and exploited their respective constituencies to the hilt, with a false and deceptive promise to keep each other out of power, if voted in strength. The people could not see through their tactical game plan and gave BJP an unprecedented strength in Jammu while PDP gained on these slogans in Kashmir. What happened thereafter, when the two parties took a complete U-turn on their respective positions and promises to the people made during elections, as a result the people feel betrayed and cheated.

While addressing the huge crowd Vikar Rasool Wani said that there is total policy paralysis due to inherent contradictions and divergent vested political interest amongst the two diametric opposite ruling partners PDP-BJP. He further said that the PDP and the BJP, the two coalition partners, were pulling in opposite directions in their functioning and lack of coordination has left the people disappointed and state passing through worst ever misrule.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelOver three years have passed but not a single promise made to the people of Jammu and Kashmir by the two parties — the BJP in Jammu and the PDP in Kashmir — has been fulfilled," he said. He claimed that the two parties were divided on the sensitive issues facing the state.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Banihal Lashed Modi govt for piling up woes of common man by adopting anti-people and communal policies and for creating an atmosphere of “total chaos, confusion and uncertainty” in the country in the last four years of its rule.
Congress leader imtiyaz Khanday also cautioned the people about the “designs of communal and divisive forces” in the state which were constantly on a lookout for opportunities to strike and create hatred. He also took serious note and expressed grave concern over the situation arised in Jammu after Asifa case, Khanday further said that some political leaders of colitation government are trying to befool the public on social media by discrediting the work of local MLA Banihal and today's rally is lesson for them he said that PDP BJP are the sinking boats but unfortunately trying to save them with fake propaganda in Banihal.
During the extensive tour of Neel Vally hundreds of political workers from different parties joined congress and hail the announcements of MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool for over all development of the area. (KNS)
