Srinagar, Aug 25 (KNS): Expressing distress over the regular incidents of killings due to protests, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir reiterated that prevalence of peace is must for stability, progress and development of the people and guarantees the safety and security of the common masses.
The current turmoil in the valley has left thousands of people maimed, besides claiming more than 65 precious lives including security force personnel, which is unfortunate and it is not going to benefit anyone, Mir said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said the loss of any individual is an ultimate loss to the family he or she belongs, those unfortunate parents who have lost their dear ones due to valley unrest shall have to brave the brunt of the separation for life long, which is more painful and anguishing.
Mir appealed people to help in restoring peace and normalcy in the valley, so that valley do not suffer any more losses. (KNS)
