Srinagar, Sep 07 (KNS): Stating that PDP is concerned about the political situation in the Valley, party’s Chief Spokesperson Rafi Ahmad Mir said that there are various issues that need immediate political attention and redressal from the union government and the state government, PDP in its Political Affairs Committee has decided to evolve a larger consensus before taking any decision regarding upcoming Panchayat and local bodies polls.

Mir said we will be going back to our people and being the main political party, it’s imperative to know the public opinion.
"It’s categoric that we are not running away from election process but ultimately it has to be a people’s call after a wider consultative approach and then the final decision will be taken," Mir added. (KNS)
