Srinagar, Mar 13 (KNS): Senior National Conference (NC) leader and MLC Qaisar Jamshed Lone Wednesday criticized PDP for politicizing institutions like J&K Bank.
In a statement issued to KNS, Lone castigated the previous PDP-BJP government for 'compromising financial autonomy' of the J&K State.
"Even today PDP leaders are promising jobs in J&K Bank and meddling in autonomous structure of the J&K Bank and other institutions," he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He asked the Chairman of J&K Bank to ensure such practices and 'mischiefs' be checked and 'dealt' with.
"J&K Bank has been perennial hope of our people in these times of despair and remains sacred for the people of our State," Lone said.
"I hope the worthy Chairman will discourage any political interference so that J&K Bank will continue serving people in a just and impartial manner." (KNS)
