Srinagar, Mar 28 (KNS): Terming the killing of three youths in forces firing in Chadoora area of Budgam district today as “target killing and cold blooded murder” PDP MLA Javed Mustafa Mir asked Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, who also heads the Home department, to lodge an FIR against the culprits.
