Prays for peace to the departed soul and forbearance for bereaved family
Srinagar, Nov 29 (KNS) : Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party on Friday held a solemn condolence meeting at its headquarters in Srinagar to mourn the passing of Tanveer Khan, uncle (phuphaji) of PDP leader Arif Laigroo.
According to a press release issued ,PDP President and former CM J&K Mehbooba Mufti conveyed her solidarity with the bereaved family and offered prayers for courage and comfort as they navigate this difficult moment.
Senior leaders and party functionaries joined in extending their heartfelt sympathies. Expressing solidarity with party leader Arif Laigroo, they prayed for the departed soul and sought the mercy of the Almighty and strength for the family in this hour of grief.
“In this moment of sorrow we stand with the family in both grief and prayer. May the departed soul find eternal peace in Jannatul Firdous and may Almighty Allah grant the family the strength to endure this profound loss,” the leadership prayed.(KNS)
