Srinagar, Feb 24 (KNS) : Mohammad Khurshid Alam, General Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), returned here today after concluding his Umrah pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
Alam was accompanied by his family members during the spiritual journey. Official sources stated that during his stay in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah, the PDP leader offered special prayers for the peace, prosperity, and stability of Jammu and Kashmir, as well as for the well-being of its residents.

Upon his return, party workers and well-wishers accorded him a warm welcome and extended greetings to him and his family for the successful completion of the sacred rites. (KNS)
